Once payment has cleared all goods will be ready to ship within 24hrs unless stated in item description. Goods will only be shipped during business hours.

Return Policy
You may return new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for an refund. Items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging and repacked inside another box. Furious Performance will also pay the return post costs if the return is a result of our error.
You must return all items included with the part you are returning. Returns that are missing small items (such as gaskets, etc), will not be accepted.
Furious Performance must be contacted before making any returns to get a return ID number.
Return's Checklist
 | | If you are returning and item because of an error made by you, the customer, All shipping cost's will not be refunded only cost of goods.  |
 | | If an error was made by Furious Performance, The return/exchange must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Upon receipt of the item we will reimburse you the customer for shipping costs via a nominated payment service (Credit card, Pay Pal or Bank Deposit).  |
 | | Items must be returned in the original packaging, packed inside another box (so that they may be re-sold).  |
 | | Items must be in their original condition and not have been installed at any time or they will not be accepted.  |
 | | All returns must be posted prepaid. No COD shipments will be accepted under any circumstances.  |
 | | We suggest you use Australia Post and insure your shipment for the full value to protect yourself against loss. (Furious Performance will not reimburse the insurence fee)  |
 | | We cannot accept returns on custom or special ordered parts or any of our rebuilt automatic transmissions.  |
 | | Heavily damaged items not caused during shipping transit, or exchanges beyond 30 days of original order date will not be accepted.  |
 | | In the event an item is damaged from shipping, a claim must be filed through Australia Post. You must contact us first in order to file a claim.  |
How do I make a return?
Please contact us at sales@furiousperformance.com.au to make a return and receive a return ID number. All returns must be authorized before being sent back to us.
When will I get my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from posting it back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from Australia Post (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process you refund amount (5 to 10 business days).
How will my refund be given?
All refunds for orders paid with Credit Cards, Money Orders, Bank Checks or Direct Deposits will be refunded by a either Paypal, Credit card of bank deposit.
